All aboard The Vientage for a luxurious train journey between Đà Nẵng and the seaside town of Quy Nhon in Central Vietnam. The Vientage, is a 12 passenger vintage styled train car that is attached to the regularly scheduled train that travels between these two cities.
This train service was originally created to provide luxurious transfers for guests travelling between Anantara Hoi An Resort and Anantara Quy Nhon Resort. The journey is open to all and it is not required to stay at either Anantara’s but we would recommend both Anantara’s as great places to stay.

You will not go hungry on the Vientage Train Journey.
There are light snacks, a 3-course meal of your choice, selected free-flow wines, cocktails, beers, soft drinks, tea and coffee through out the journey and if you you want anything special it can be arranged prior to departure. We were well fed and slightly tipsy by the time we departed the train in Quy Nhon.

Travel Planning Recommendation
- Book in Advance. The Train sells out months in advance, especially during high season.
- Plan 2-3 days in Da Nang / Hoi An or Hue area then travel to Quy Nhon on the train for a couple days of beach time.
- From Quy Nhon (Phu Cat Airport, Airport Code UIH), take a flight to Hanoi, HCMC or further north to continue your travels in Vietnam.
- NOTE: You can take the train from Quy Nhon to Đà Nẵng but the return is during the evening/night which limits viewing the scenery.
Live in Vietnam or In Vietnam for an extended period of time
This trip is easily done in a weekend.

- Friday: Fly to Đà Nẵng (Airport Code: DAD) and stay in Đà Nẵng Friday night. You can stay in Hoi An but you will need to build in an additional 45 minutes to travel to the Đà Nẵng Train Station on the Saturday morning.
- Saturday: Catch the train at Đà Nẵng Station to Quy Nhon, Stay the night in Quy Nhon.
- Sunday: Fly out of Quy Nhon (Phu Cat Airport, Airport Code UIH)
